According to the German Commercial Code (HGB), a warehouse warrant is considered a document of title. This underscores the legal nature of the warehouse warrant as a transferable and negotiable instrument, enabling it to be treated as a form of security for transactions.

It represents direct ownership in the goods stored and grants the holder the right to claim the warehoused goods. These rights can efficiently be transferred to a new holder without moving the stored goods.

Furthermore, electronic warehouse warrants are explicitly recognized under German law and the legal framework is clear in its support for the use of them, providing both flexibility and security in modern trade practices.

This determines the technology we use: For both, our single bullion warehouse token where we issue a unique DLT-token for each bullion and the collective bullion warehouse token, representing partial ownership in a pool of multiple bullions we use advanced blockchain technology to ensure legal compliance with German law and applicable MiCAR-rules while providing the token-holder with the best possible instrument for holding and digitally trading precious metal ensuring direct ownership, legal certainty, fungibility, product integrity as well as data protection and confidentiality.
